| In the 40 years of reform and opening up,Chinese companies have been able to compete with foreign companies in more and more fields,indicating that the competitiveness of Chinese companies has been greatly improved in the past 40 years.Enterprise competitiveness depends to a large extent on the competitiveness of employees within the company.The improvement of employee competitiveness depends on the company system,process and culture on the one hand and employee training on the other.A scientific and reasonable staff training system can effectively improve the comprehensive ability of employees,while also reducing the training costs of enterprises.G company is a comprehensive enterprise engaged in R&D,production and sales of electronic components in Shenzhen.For a variety of reasons,the training of employees in g companies has not met the expected requirements.From the general manager to the front-line staff,from the training department to the business department,there are many complaints and sorrows about how the training system is constructed and how the training work is carried out.In 2017,G company decided to purchase third-party consulting services to help companies establish training systems and improve the effectiveness of training.This paper is based on the learning path map development process of the G company sales team,and conducts research on the training of enterprise employees and how to use the"learning path map" to guide the training of enterprises.Firstly,this paper analyzes the concept of training and learning path maps from academic perspectives,as well as several theoretical models of adult learning to guide the subsequent work.Secondly,this paper analyzes the research status of training,and presents the main results of current training practice from the technical perspective,employee perspective and business perspective.Thirdly,based on G company project case,this paper discusses in detail the problems that G company has in the sales training work,and the process of analyzing and analyzing the cause of the problem and formulating the optimization plan.In this section,the sales position is used as a pilot,and how to develop the learning path map through six steps and apply it to the training work is presented.Finally,a summary of the research is summarized,and some problems in the research process are found and the optimization strategy is proposed.Through the full demonstration and implementation of G company’s sales training process,it shows that the learning path map can effectively improve the training of enterprise employees,and has a positive and obvious effect on the improvement of employee training satisfaction.The optimization function of learning path map is mainly embodied in three aspects:task modeling can effectively link up"business"and"training",that is,answering"why to learn";developing a large number of multi-scenario learning projects based on five learning modes to answer"what to learn";planning and arranging learning projects at a certain rhythm so as to enable employees at each level.There is a clear development guide to answer the question of"how to learn".This study also provides a new reference case for Chinese enterprises to apply learning path map. |
