In today’s highly competitive markets, Enterprise demands more in the HumanResource management. For the developing of Human Resource management market,Human Resources Services Company developed very fast, but it still has a lot ofproblems, there is no breakthrough on key elements which affect the enterprise’scompetitiveness, especially on the theories support in the aspects of competitivestrategy studying.The paper will discuss the competitive strategy analysis and choice of LCompany, which is a human resources services company in Shenzhen. It not onlyprovides reference for L Company’s development strategy decision making, but alsofor the companies which have or are engaged in the industry. It offers an idea ofdevelopment of the industry.Firstly, the paper introduces the PEST Analysis Model which is used to analyzethe macroeconomic environment outside the enterprise and Porter’s five forcesanalysis, which is a framework for industry analysis and business strategydevelopment formed by Michael E. Porter. Then the paper explains SWOT analysiswhich compares the internal and external conditions and offers the options ofcompetitive strategies. for outlined in the SWOT analysis, and proposed a levelanalysis methodology of choice in the sense of competitive strategy, human resourcesservices for the formulation of competitive strategy has laid a theoretical foundation.Secondly the paper discusses the system and the concept of human resourceservices industry. Then it outlines the basic information of L company and applies thePEST analysis and Porter’s five forces model to analyze L company’s internal andexternal competitive environment.Finally, the paper applies SWOT analysis and proposes the four competitivestrategy options for L Company. competitive strategy for developed and implementedto prepare to do analysis. Then it applies AHP to choose the competitive strategy, andfinalized the implementation of the competitive strategy.
