The industrial structure of China is in the stage of transformation and upgrading.Last year, in "The People's Republic of China National People's Congress" and "the Chinese People's Political Consultative conference", the Premier Minister Li Keqiang highlighted that we should turn the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship into one of the"double engine" in promoting China's economy. The clear political signal have stimulated the enthusiasm for entrepreneurship in the whole country. However, the most entrepreneurs are so strange of the laws and regulations that they encountered many obstacles at the beginning of the entrepreneurship.By exploring ceaselessly and summarizing the customers'requirementsin in the long-term practice, YS company proposed the concept of full life cycle service firstly for small and medium-sized enterprises, provide competitive solutions for customers. At the same time the company engaged in information construction, it set up information service platform by relying on the Internet information technology, and developed Apps that can interact with the customers, a number of initiatives to adjust the company's strategy, the company's development has important theoretical value and significance.This paper through to the YS company development present situation investigation and study, analyzes the company's external environment through the PEST model, secondly, it analyzes the company's strengths?weaknesses?opportunities?threats by the SWOT Matrix. In the end, it determined the strategies of YS as:adjusting target customers, employing market penetration strategy, differentiated marketing; the market development strategy, developing diversified marketing channels; products strategy, increase the customer experience by C2B service model. In the combination of internet and cloud computing, developping the APPs that are inherently sticky, promoting the enterprise's brand image continuously, the YS will build up a platform for entreprises of diversified industires ultimately, and will develop into a ecosystem of mutual benefit with numerous small and micro enterprises.
