Along with the era of knowledge economy and market economy globalization coming,domestic and international market competition getting worse. Enterprise staff training as acompetitive advantage and maintain the core competitiveness of one of the effectivemethod by more and more enterprises pay attention to. Staff training in enterprise graduallybecome a long-term strategic task and involves the overall fine system engineering. Stafftraining from the thought to get more and more attention, and in practice throughprofessional continuously explore, the enterprise training effectiveness have gradually toascend, for domestic enterprises to improve the overall quality of the staff, and effectivelyrealize enterprise strategic development target, and chased the developed countries and inthe fierce competition in the market in an invincible position, has the vital significance.Many enterprises have realized the importance of staff training, but in training practice,there are still a lot of problems, the enterprise training presents the result is not too ideal.Investigate its reason, mainly lies in its training development system lack of reasonablescientific operation mechanism, did not form a set of standard operating procedures or thetraining process, the effectiveness of the training system is difficult to play. Thedevelopment of the whole training work is needed to elaborate design and organization, thispaper, through a large number of from theory to practice, and discusses the dynamicoperation enterprise training process, training supporting system establishment, trainingdemand survey, training course system establishment, training organization andimplementation, training effect evaluation and transformation, such as in the thoroughresearch, shows the iron and steel enterprises in the staff training system is established, andthe actual practice of some key link to carry on the thorough analysis. This paper mainlyuse the empirical analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis method, the training systemon the effective operation of the key elements link and implementation details, used duringthe theoretical knowledge and analysis method can be used as enterprise organization stafftraining activities of the reference and reference.
