Study On Lean Production Oriented Manufacturing Enterprises Training System

The Training of human resources is an important means for companies to developits internal talents, and staff training for manufacturing enterprises has its particularity.The plight of China’s manufacturing industry is due to the plight of the comprehensivecapacity of staff, which calls for the research of staff training for manufacturingenterprises. At the same time, Lean production has been implemented in our countryfor more than30years, and its current application state shows that the implementationof lean production in China’s manufacturing enterprises has encountered a "plateau".In order to solve this issue, a special implementation mode is required to guide themanufacturing enterprises.In this paper, firstly, the theory of the human resource training is reviewed fromfour aspects: the analysis of training needs, training design, training implementationand training assessment. Then this article provides an overview of lean productionconcepts and methods. Basing on the analysis of the training system and leanmanufacturing implementation issues, the current paper proposes special mode for theimplementation of Lean production. This mode suggests the application of leanproduction concepts and methods to the manufacturing enterprise training systemunder which the special training system for lean production is constructed.Therefore, this paper discusses in detail how to apply lean production methods toLean training system construction, including balance theory, pull concept, currentobject concept, continuous improvement, standardization, flexible theory and on-sitemanagement technologies and concepts. Furthermore, we adopt AHP and fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method to build an evaluation system for lean productiontraining system. At the same time, an example is taken to show how to constructspecial training system for lean production under manufacturing enterprise trainingsystem.Finally, we shows the application of lean production training system in Wcompany through a case study.
