HB Communication company is a all-service mobile service provider, which has the largestnumber of customer, the widest service area, and the broadest business in Hebei province.Customers are the foundation for the enterprise’s survival. The foundation of the survival of HBCommunication company lies in how to preserve the current VIPs and how to maintain thenumber of them. Exactly,How to support comprehensive management of customer data after thefusion of fixed network and mobile network. what kind of tools to make classificationmanagement according to the big customer contribution. How to treat specific business of VIPs,namely one-stop business support, and how to implement the encouragement and evaluation ofkey account manager management.In this thesis, the author discusses how to construct themanagement system platform by means of information technology in order to achieve theadministration and promotion of Key Account Management of HB Communication company.The first section illustrates the major background and meaning about platform constructionof the great client managerial system in HB communicative company.The second section introduces the great client management and informatization situation ofHB communicative company, put forward the existent problems in great client management ofthe corporation.The third section conducts the demand analysis of the great client managerial system in thecompany which involves three aspects: systematic construction goals.procedure analysis ofgreat client management and analysis of platform performanceThe fourth section conducts the systematic analysis in related to the demand analysis inthird section which involves the design principle. overall structure interface design, mode designof system function,database design, choice of technical scheme and scheme of systemintegrationThe fifth section conducts the analysis and perfection of the existent problems after hittingthe road of the great client managerial system in HB communicative company, indicates thefuture developmental orientation of the great client managerial system, thus enforcing theconstruction scheme of the great client managerial system virtually and fashion its true valueThis construction scheme orients itself the development demand of communicationtransaction elevates the level and quality of service enhance the strength of enterprisecompetition and provide much experience of major client managerial system for othercommunication suppliers.
