| The Internet industry has been through a rapid development stage since its rise in 20 th centruy.Along with its high growth and high added-value industry demand,the industry proposes higher requirements on employees’ education background,capacity and quality.At present,the employees in internet enterprises generally present the characteristics of high education, high income and high efficiency. Generally speaking,their average age is relatively low;their pressure is increasing and their job mobility is relatively high,so when faced with those facts,the traditional way of communication and management in enterprise has been unable to meet the needs of staff and enterprise’s operation and management.Meanwhile,all large-scale internet companies have set their branches everywhere,their staff in branches need deep exchange and communication with headquarters to ensure the achievement of work progress and the acquirement of resource. It puts higher request on the system design of staff communication.This requires that the designer of enterprise’s communication system must analyse enterprise’s strategic needs deeply to understand employees’ characteristics in their vocation and region and use theories of modern communication and management, to design a reasonable system for communication which can meet the common demand of enterprises and employees,to provide smooth channel and method for communication,to direct practical application of all levels in enterprises,to achieve the demand of enterprise managementThis paper considered a branch of an internet enterprise in Chengdu as a research sample.Aimed at a current situation that the original communication channels are too scattered to form a system and the lack of ways for communication,this paper has designed and built a new system for communication.Finlly this paper aimed to provide internet enterprises with a reference when building communication platform, which especially has important guiding value for regional branches. |
