Research Of The Impact Of Network On Disruptive Innovation Performance

In today’s society, disruptive innovation has gradually become a important way to develop spanning for developing country, and knowledge is a important resource that they implement disruptive innovation, has already became the source for enterprise to obtain the competitive advantage. But simply rely on interior knowledge from enterprise cannot meet the needs of enterprises for disruptive innovation, external knowledge source in the enterprise implementation of disruptive innovation becomes more and more important. In the face of the current volatile environment, how enterprise to make full use of their own knowledge networks, to achieve destructive innovation? This became a very realistic significance subject, unfortunately the existing theory is not given with implications for management countermeasures and suggestions, this article bases on disruptive innovation as the research object, research in increasingly turbulent environment, and how knowledge network to affect the enterprise disruptive innovation.This paper first analyses in theory of knowledge network in four basic properties (size, density, position of the center of the enterprise, connection strength) on disruptive innovation, as well as how the moderating effect of environmental turbulence and knowledge network perform in destructive innovation, proposed under the moderating role of knowledge network and enterprise disruptive innovation performance. According to the literature on the basis of knowledge network, measure the four kinds of basic attributes of environmental turbulence, two basic dimensions and disruptive innovation performance, this paper adopted the method of questionnaire, to138enterprises carry factor analysis, hierarchical regression analysis about the data, this study verify the performance of knowledge network to disruptive innovation performance, and the moderating effects of environmental turbulence, empirical analysis shows, the size of knowledge network, the center position of disruptive innovation have positive influence, density on disruptive innovation have negative impact. In the performance of knowledge network to disruptive innovation, environmental turbulence plays regulatory role. Among them, market regulation, and technology turbulence on the center position of the disruptive innovation relationship between performance has positive moderating effect, the results of this research to our country enterprise to make full use of the knowledge network, upgrade the enterprise’s own disruptive innovation level has a certain guiding significance.
