Research On The Mechanism Of The Impact Of Innovation Network Relationship Strength On Innovation Performance

With the increasingly fierce market competition and the knowledge of the information age,close cooperation between manufacturing enterprises to enhance innovation performance more and more dependent on innovation behavior between subject and external entities,through continuous access to new knowledge and new technology from external,enterprise continuous innovation to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises.The research and development of manufacturing enterprise innovation network of enterprise information exchange and interaction between enterprises to create a good environment,between the partners in innovation network relationship strength for different enterprises to obtain valuable information will have different effects.At present,many domestic and foreign scholars believe that the innovation network relationship strength has an important impact on the enterprise innovation performance.Therefore,this paper makes a deep research on the relationship between the two companies from the point of view of the relationship between the innovation net-work of manufacturing enterprises.First,this thesis analyzes research status of manufacturing enterprise innovation network,innovation network relationship strength,the author summarizes the research results of innovation in the field of network research,to the connotation of the innovation network relationship strength,absorptive capacity,environmental turbulence and innovation performance are defined,and the dimension division of research,and the relationships between variables,the theoretical basis for the following.Second,to study the relationship between the strength and the innovation of enterprise network manufacturing absorptive capacity,environmental turbulence and innovation performance relationship,summarizes the scholars for the variables of relationship between the research results through the analysis,and put forward the relevant research hypotheses of this paper,the construction of conceptual model.Third,empirical research.Through the methods of literature research,this paper established the questionnaire,with the help of SPSS20.0,AMOS20.0,data analysis of questionnaire survey results of this software for data analysis and empirical research on manufacturing enterprise innovation network relationship strength,absorptive capacity and innovation performance and environmental turbulence between the role relationship and hypothesis test,finally the results of the empirical study analysis.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises.This paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects: the construction of enterprise innovation network,the cultivation of absorptive capacity of manufacturing enterprises and the effective control of environmental turbulence.Through the study of the system,defines the connotation of relationship strength,innovation network,absorptive capacity,environmental turbulence and innovation performance,and classify their dimensions to influence mechanism between manufacturing enterprise innovation network relationship strength and innovation performance as the research object,through the intermediary variable and the absorption capacity of environmental turbulence regulation concept model this variable to construct and test it,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the empirical results,provide reference for the improvement of manufacturing enterprise innovation performance.
