Research On Knowledge Integration Capability Of The High Voltage Distribution Cabinet Production Process Of A Enterprise

At present about knowledge integration research has become a very important part of knowledge management, the research of knowledge integration is going deep to anywhere. Through ascension enterprise knowledge integration ability to improve the competitiveness of enterprises has become the problem of the enterprise to face. In the production process of high voltage power distribution cabinet are some kinds of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge. How to effective use of knowledge integration of production process flow become an important problem, therefore this paper want to exploratory research the knowledge integration of production process of the high voltage power distribution cabinet enterprise in order to enrich and ascension the theory of knowledge integration and provides reasonable suggestion and practices for knowledge integration of the production process.First, the research based on the connotation of knowledge integration and the characteristics of high voltage power distribution cabinet of production process and involves the theoretical knowledge integration are summarized. According to the production process of different stages of high voltage power distribution cabinet discusses the content knowledge integration of production process. The key of the production process to knowledge are analyzed, and expounds the production process of knowledge integration ability. Then the article deeply analyzes the production process flow in the level of knowledge integration and model.Second, combining the characteristics of the enterprise production process constructs the model of factors affecting knowledge integration. The paper use questionnaires and mode to carry out an empirical study on influencing factors to knowledge integration capability of the production process of high voltage power distribution cabinet. Use structure equation to analysis the results of the questionnaire to validate the hypothesis.Finally, the paper provides proposals for improving the knowledge integration capability of the production process of high voltage power distribution cabinet.
