| In recent years,more and more enterprises in China have started to develop slowly.However,some emerging companies are still in a relatively weak state and face the disadvantages of both technology and market.Only through innovation can these enterprises achieve sustainable development.For the characteristics of this kind of company,this paper proposes the concept of generative capability.Generative capability is a dynamic capability for companies to effectively adjust,configure,and iterate on internal and external resource.If Chinese companies want to catch up with advanced companies in technology and market,they must pay attention to the cultivation of generative abilities.Knowledge is the core resource in the process of innovation.The relationship between knowledge and the formation mechanism of generative capability,and the impact it has on innovation performanc are the focus of this study.Based on knowledge acquisition and knowledge integration,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the model,and discusses the mechanism of the two factors on the generative capability and the effect on the innovation performance.This article starts from the perspectives of knowledge acquisition and knowledge integration,and uses empirical research methods to explore the mechanism of generative capability and the impact on innovation performance.This paper discusses the impact of knowledge acquisition and integration on generative capability and the impact on innovation performance under the dual-oriented moderating variables of competitor-oriented and customer-oriented.By the empirical research through the use of data from 212 companies,this paper reveals the impact mechanism of generative capacity and its impact on innovation performance from the perspective of knowledge acquisition and knowledge integration.The results show that knowledge acquisition and knowledge integration can positively influence the generative capability of a company.Knowledge acquisition and knowledge integration are beneficial to the improvement of corporate innovation performance,and the generative capability plays a part intermediary role.Competitor-oriented has a negative adjustment of the role of knowledge acquisition to generative capability,and positively regulate the impact of knowledge integration on generative capability,and customer-oriented has a positive adjustment of knowledge acquisition to generative capability,and negatively regulate the impact of knowledge integration on generative ability. |
