Entrepreneurship is a process, and this process is the initial stage ofentrepreneurial opportunity recognition. Since the nineteen eighties pioneeringresearch in the field of academic research beginning, opportunity recognition hasbecome a focus in the field of entrepreneurship research problem. In this paper,combined with the recent study on the entrepreneurial opportunity recognition, socialnetwork as an intermediary variable, to discuss business environment on the influenceof social network, then studies the role of entrepreneurial opportunity recognition. Inthe entire research process, mainly the following aspects are discussed:Firstly, find out the entrepreneurial environment, social networks, entrepreneurialopportunity is the recognition of the related dimension. In the domestic and foreignresearch are summarized on the basis of this, we will be three study variables were asfollows:(1)the dimensions of entrepreneurial environment is divided into the dynamicenvironment, the environment hostile, the complexity of the environment in threedimensions.(2) the social network is divided into the network size and the networkstrength of two dimension.(3) the entrepreneurial opportunity recognition is dividedinto profitability and viability of the two dimension.Secondly, based on the above variables differentiate, design the research modeland framework, and puts forward the following assumptions:(1) social network onthe entrepreneurial opportunity recognition has a positive impact;(2) theentrepreneurial environment in the social network of entrepreneurial opportunityidentification: effects of modulation effect.Thirdly, according to the entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurialopportunity recognition, social network of these three variables in all dimensions,design the corresponding questionnaire, and in Linyi City, select the part samplequestionnaires, collection and arrangement. Through the use of data collected, first onthe entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition, social network in all aspects of internal correlation analysis. From a social network variables,with the entrepreneurial opportunity recognition as the dependent variable regressionanalysis; then to the entrepreneurial environment for conditioning variables in aregression analysis, the study proposed various hypotheses.Finally, in the statistical data analysis, according to the hypotheses of theempirical results, we draw the following conclusions:(1) social network of two factornetwork scale and network strength and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition havesignificant positive correlation;(2)Entrepreneurial environment has a modulatory rolebetween social network and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition.
