| In recent years,entrepreneurship has become an important hotspot and topic worldwide.Many countries regard entrepreneurship as an important driving force for economic development.Our government vigorously promotes the development of entrepreneurship activities,entrepreneurship is regarded as a new engine to promote economic development.The state’s affirmation and support for the value of entrepreneurship encourages many social subjects to invest in entrepreneurship activities,which effectively promotes the development of entrepreneurship-oriented economy in China.However,in such a fierce wave of entrepreneurship,the success rate of entrepreneurs in China has always been low.In particular,according to the "Chinese Innovation and Entrepreneurship Report" in 2017,the success rate of entrepreneurs in China is only 5%.The success of entrepreneurship depends on the organic integration of resources,teams and opportunities.Whether valuable business opportunities can be found in time is often the key to the success of entrepreneurs.However,due to the fleeting opportunities for entrepreneurship,how to find valuable business opportunities is still a practical problem faced by entrepreneurs.Entrepreneurs need to perceive and discover potential business opportunities,market information and entrepreneurial resources in a complex environment.Constructing a network of relationships can help entrepreneurs quickly access these resources and information,and then encourage entrepreneurs to discover the opportunities.Members in social networks often interact with other members for their own purposes,obtain information and resource support in continuous interaction,and also obtain new ideas,which provide an important prerequisite for identifying entrepreneurial opportunities.Therefore,social network can provide entrepreneurs with a large number of entrepreneurial information and resources,and it is one of the important sources for entrepreneurs to effectively identify entrepreneurial opportunities.Based on this,from the perspective of social network,this study explores the realization path of entrepreneurial opportunity recognition.The purpose of this study is to analyze the following questions: Firstly,can entrepreneurs promote the level of entrepreneurial opportunity identification through social networks? Secondly,how can social networks promote entrepreneurial opportunities identification? Is there a medium in the relationship between them? Thirdly,in the process of social network influencing entrepreneurial opportunities identification,is there any factor influencing this mechanism? In order to analyze these problems,this study constructs an integrated mechanism model of social network on entrepreneurial opportunities,and deeply analyses the internal mechanism among the variables.Based on the theory of entrepreneurial process,resource-based theory and social network theory,this study has taken entrepreneurs from nine provinces as research objects,introduced entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial alertness as intermediary variables,environmental uncertainty as moderator variables,analyzed the mechanism of social network on entrepreneurial opportunity identification,enriched social network theory,and expanded the way to realize entrepreneurial opportunity identification.Firstly,on the basis of literature review,this study defines the concepts and dimensions of entrepreneurial opportunity identification,social network,entrepreneurial learning,entrepreneurial alertness and environmental uncertainty,and explores the relationship among the variables,and finds the relationship between the above variables initially.Secondly,on the basis of in-depth analysis of the theoretical basis of entrepreneurial process theory and so on.An integrated model with two mediating variables and one regulating variable is constructed,and relevant hypotheses are put forward based on the model.Thirdly,732 valid data are collected through interviews,pre-survey and formal survey.Through the reliability,validity,regression bootstrap analysis of these data,this study tested 32 hypotheses.Fourthly,the conclusion of the study was analyzed in depth,and the results of hypothesis test were discussed in depth.On this basis,the contribution and Enlightenment of the study were analyzed,the limitations of the study were summarized,and further directions for future research were put forward.The conclusions of this study are as follows: Firstly,the positive impact of social network to entrepreneurial opportunity identification that is dependent variable is tested.Among them,network size and network intensity have a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial opportunity identification;secondly,we test the mediating role of entrepreneurial learning.Social network and its two dimensions have a significant positive impact on entrepreneurship learning,and entrepreneurial learning and its three dimensions also have a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial opportunity identification.Entrepreneurial learning plays a part of intermediary role between social network and entrepreneurial opportunity identification.Thirdly,it tests the part intermediary role of entrepreneurial alertness.Social network and its two dimensions have a significant positive impact on entrepreneurship alertness,while entrepreneurship alertness and its three dimensions have a positive impact on entrepreneurship opportunity identification.Entrepreneurial alertness plays a part intermediary role between independent variable that is social network and entrepreneurial opportunity identification.Fourthly,it tests the chain intermediary role of entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial alertness.Entrepreneurial learning and its three dimensions have a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial alertness.Entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial alertness play a chain intermediary role between independent variable that is social network and entrepreneurial opportunity identification.Fifthly,it verifies the moderating role of environmental uncertainty.Environmental uncertainty positively regulates the relationship between entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial opportunity identification.Environmental hostility dimension has a significant positive regulatory effect on entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial opportunity identification.However,the regulatory effect of environmental dynamics dimension is not significant.In addition,environmental uncertainty and its dimensions have a positive moderating effect on the relationship between entrepreneurship alertness and entrepreneurial opportunity identification.Sixthly,the moderated mediating effect is verified.Environmental uncertainty positively regulates the indirect effect of social network to dependent variable that is entrepreneurial opportunity identification through entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial alertness.This study enriches the application of social network theory in the field of entrepreneurship research,and has theoretical value and practical significance.Firstly,this study explores the role of entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial alertness in the social networks and entrepreneurial opportunities identification,and analyses their respective intermediary roles and common chain intermediary roles,which perfects the mechanism between social network and entrepreneurial opportunity identification;secondly,this study explores the role of environmental uncertainty in the formation of entrepreneurial opportunities.The moderated mediating effect model is constructed to enrich the relationship between social network and entrepreneurial opportunity identification,which enriches the relationship between social network and entrepreneurial opportunity identification.Thirdly,by constructing an integrated mechanism model of entrepreneurial social network on entrepreneurial opportunity identification,this study deeply analyzed the internal mechanism of social network and dependent variable that is entrepreneurial opportunity identification,and opened the "black box" of the relationship between them.It makes up for the deficiency of previous scholars in explaining the relationship between social network and dependent variable that is entrepreneurial opportunity identification. |
