Construction industry is the pillar industry of our national economy, plays a veryimportant role in the economic development. Prior to the2009world financial crisis, therapid development of domestic economy, the construction industry has entered a goldenera of rapid growth, the construction enterprises have got fast development; after theoutbreak of the financial crisis, the4national trillion investment-led domestic economicdevelopment, building construction enterprises get bigger cake. At present, with theimplementation of control measures of national structure adjustment and real estate,construction industry will no longer as in previous years prosperity, the construction taskof construction enterprises will be reduced, competition will be more intense. Facing thenew situation, especially for this study.This paper first reviewed the strategic theories at home and abroad, research on thedevelopment strategy of this guidance22mcc Group Tianjin Construction Co., ltd..Secondly, using the PEST analysis method, the "Five Forces Model" of the TianjinCorporation in the external environment, the industry competition structure in detailstrategic analysis, summed up the impact of Tianjin Corporation’s external opportunitiesand threats.Thirdly, analyzed carefully on the Tianjin Corporation’s internal environment, andcomparative analysis with brother units, finds out the advantages and disadvantages ofTianjin Corporation’s; by using the SWOT matrix analyze method, with the advantagesand disadvantages of Tianjin Corporation has and the opportunities and threats, clarifythe development direction of the enterprise, the Tianjin Corporation the development ofthe guiding ideology, strategic objectives and strategy.Finally, this paper determines the strategies of the development strategy of TianjinCorporation, and combine the business enterprise actual, formulate feasible strategicimplementation safeguard measures.The purpose of this paper is to help22mcc Group Tianjin Construction Co.,determine the enterprise development ideas, to develop practical and long-term development strategy, nurturing the core competitiveness of enterprises, to help thecompany achieve sustainable, scientific, stable, healthy development in the newsituation, and ultimately better target.
