Management Of Xinjiang Mobile Training Center Renovation Project

After the mid1980s, China’s telecommunications industry starts moving into the rapid growth, the original project management system can not meet the needs of the development of the market gradually. Recently, competition in telecommunication market is becoming more and more fierce. The phenomenon has set higher request to the control of the project cost, progress and resources. The project management level in increasing overall work productivity can become a new competitiveness in the future. To help the development of this competitiveness, this study is conducted to analyze the project management system and the ways of operation in China Mobile Group Xinjiang Co.Ltd.Firstly, the author sets for project management at home and abroad, and at the same time, analyzes the related theory of project management. And then, combined with the practical situation of training center transformation project in China Mobile Group Xinjiang Co.Ltd,the study uses project management method which base on the theory of life-cycle to analyze the current situation of training center transformation project in China Mobile Group Xinjiang Co.Ltd and makes an objective assessment of it.Bases on the analysis and assessment, it designs a scientific management system on project management.This system includes all management processes involved in an project.It brings out applicable suggestions to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the project management of China Mobile Group Xinjiang Co.Ltd.
