Under this ever-changing business environment, the Chinese enterprises need to grasp the advanced management mode, constantly enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. In today’s rapidly changing environment, enterprises must have the ability to quickly understand the business and adjust its strategy in a timely manner to ensure their successes. Under the background of knowledge economy, technology innovation, and globalization, compensation is an essential component in modern human resource management system, deciding a company’s access to human resources and its living space.Pay management theory is a hot research field of international management. More and more Chinese enterprises began to pay attention to corporate pay management, application methods and technologies of pay management. From strengthening the requirement of compensation system in China’s nuclear power companies, the author conducts an in-depth research into the pay system of Xinxing nuclear power Co., Ltd. and analyzes the current main problems and reasons of the system. This paper attempts to design a suitable pay system for Xinxing nuclear power Co., Ltd through pay management theory. It is based on the core of the positions structure of the pay system, increasing the motivating part of performance-related pay. The author hopes this article can improve the compensation management of the plant, provide a vivid case for theoretical study, and offer a reference for studies on compensation design of state-owned nuclear power industry.
