This paper’s research area focuses on the management of Nand-Flash with new technology. We made a lot of improvement on the current management system and also proposed some new methodology to adapt changes of the new Nand-Flash Tech, and improved the performance at the same time.Nand-Flash industry is growing rapidly these years, more and more e-consume devices are using Nand-Flash as its main storage memory, the volume and speed demand is also increasing day by day. We must adopt dedicated software to manage Nand-Flash due to its special technology, so Nand-Flash software has become one of the most important issue of the Nand-Flash industry.Recent years, the Nand industry introduced some new type Nand-Flash which using a Multi-Level-Cell (MLC) technology that can store 2 bit in a single cell. These MLC-Flashes will rapidly take place of the old SLC-Flash in the market due to Low-Cost issue. But these MLC-Flash have many lack offs. Many access models have been changed. So legacy Flash software is no longer suit for the new flash. This paper proposed 3 different new Nand-Flash management schemes, each for a different type of application. These new Nand-Flash management design uses some new algorithms such as Two-way labels, Fast look-up tables, Page cache and One-time page write. After testing, these new Nand-Flash management designs have many improvements on performance, stability and anti-aging.
