The concrete mixing station industry is be described on current production and management status, issues need to be addressed. The overall design of the mixing plant production management is given through needs analysis, and the design and implementation of concrete mixing station management system based B/S network structure are put forward. The system architecture and the subsystem modules are described about software developmentThe system architecture will meet the needs of all aspects of the actual production management. The system was designde from the deployment architecture, logical structure and functional architecture of the system. The production management, quality management, vehicle management, and materials management and other functional modules are divided in the concrete mixing station management system. The detailed system design and database design are conducted. The SQL Server database is used to ensure the data efficient, safe and concurrency.The C/S and B/S network structure is be adopted by the concrete mixing station management system. The C#and ASP.NET language are used for the underlying development, and also for the underlying module development related to hardware interaction. And the interface is provided to the upper application. The layers coupled connected loosely throuth the adhesive layer, to achieve access data between the interface, application logic and the underlying data. The two interface, desktop programs and web-based interface, are adopted by the concrete mixing station management system. When the function system, such as production system, is more closely to contact the hardware, the desktop program will be used, developed by the combination of MFC and NET. And the achievement of the various subsystems are described in detail.The way of the IC card information gathering is used by the designed system. The information of employees, internal tank, pump, exotic vehicles and others are stored to the IC card. The sell, production, control room, laboratory, operating room, weighbridge room of the concrete mixing station is be connected through the network platform, which will reduce human intervention, improve staff efficiency, easily carry out production and sales of raw materials and statistics, and graphs in the form of intuitive and provide scientific basis for the management of the manager.This concrete mixing station management system can be applied to the medium-sized concrete mixing station, which will achieve the management efficiency, process standardization, standardization and systematization of information, sharing of resources, decision-in-time, with good social effects and economic benefits.
