With the increasingly widespread use of concrete in construction, the study and extension of the continuous production technology for concrete mixing plant station became an urgent problem. While the add of component material is a key process for continuous production control, whose result have a strong impact on improving product quality and output, and reducing labor intensity.According to production process and control requirements, and based on PROFIBUS filed bus, a solution was proposed for control system of concrete mixing plant station after analyzing of field bus technology and development of control system. For controlling of material ingredient flow, a PID control algorithm was presented, and an improved PID controller was designed for flow proportioning. To guarantee the steady operation of control system for concretes material flow, open-ended control was adapted while the control system starting, improvement integral was adapted to control process, and limits were adapted to control flow output. For designing of software, the monitoring software for host computer was programmed under environment Kingview6.52. And with connection to slave computer PLC, system also designed a distributed control system with filed bus functions.Onsite running results showed that the overall research program of monitoring system was reasonable, and the system was stable. Moreover, the controller could meet the precision requirement of ratio optimized calculation, and achieve a real-time control of ratio.
