At present,the management of Affiliated oil depot exists heavier labor, lower efficiency of manual manipulating, imprecise data source and the difficulties of information query synchronously in many motor manufactories. Advanced test and management system is urgently demanded to test data accurately, share and issue the information in real time. The system will realize a safer, higher efficiency management.Data collecting is the key to sovle the basic problems. Oilcan data can be measured in time by the mature PLS meter. Aimed to the tolerance that the exist in tank capacity table, the thesis applies wavelet analysis to checking and revising the tables of oilcan, which greatly rectifies the precision.A database management software based on B/S mode is designed on transmission and inquiry about oil depot data. The software includes three aspects: data control in time; management system in station; and long-distance inquiry system. The design of management system in station is the core of the software design; data control at real time ensures the reliable source of data; the long-distance inquiry system realizes the information share and issue. The design makes it as complete as possible, operating more flexibly and conveniently.To ensure the safety of data transmission and storage, the thesis adopts the technique of data encryption, and the algorithm of encryption and decryption. The database is backup by manual and automatic operation in a fixed time.This design implements real-time information collection depot; establishing forms automaticly; the safe data storage; and infomation transmission by internet etc. The thesis will provide a sound method in the field about future management of oil depot.
