The Development And Application Of Data Collecting And Real-Time Database Based On Technology

Starting from the design of industrial control software, this dissertation points out the disadvantages of the conventional control software design, which are bad openness, inefficient reuse and poor flexibility. By analyzing the characteristics of the industrial monitoring and control software and the requirement of modern industrial control system, the dissertation presents a new industrial software design technology-OPC component design technology and Real-Time Database technology to meet the demands of the modern open control system.Based on OPC technology, by an OPC Client program of VB6, and combined with the virtual test function of Centum Cs1OOO packages, the simply and easily accomplishing process of collecting field data was introduced, and a RTDBS with SQL2000 based on which was designed. By using OPC Client/Server communication mode and combining with database technology in a coal-process plant, the printing of production reports was implemented.
