Mobile newspaper in China has gone through a journey of10years of development.In these ten years, the domestic mobile phone newspaper industry has experienced theincubation period (2000-2003), the infancy period (2004-2004), was a boy (2006-2006),youth period (2010-2010), middle age five stage (2013-present). In a clash with thetraditional media, mobile news reflects the simple operation, strong timeliness,interactive, multimedia and other advantages. In the era of3G technology graduallyuniversal, in the face of new media emerge in endlessly, mobile news is now facing thetechnology research and development, content editing, form design, customerdevelopment, marketing, branding, such as bottlenecks, there are many difficulties to besolved. Media spread in the whole nation to learn from under the guidance of "model inSichuan", mobile news to build "one provincial one newspaper" model, become theinevitable trend of the industry development. In this paper, under the new media era ofmobile news as the research object, the thorough analysis in the development process ofmobile news limitation of the subjective and objective, by studying the typical cases ofnortheast network mobile news success and failure, for how mobile news out specificand effective countermeasures are put forward, also for the future development ofmobile news provides exploration of strategic thinking. As old media in the new media,the mobile phone newspaper is not an end, but rather on the3G era led the audiencepalm reading new experience.
