In this system, information controls the enterprise business and service,regulatesmanagement plan by the information feedback and controls administration. In this paper, according to the actual situation of enterprise export trade,enterprises export trade information management system is designed by analyzing the actual demand and business process of export trade and combining with information management knowledge.At first, backgrounded with a certain enterprise information management system construction, this paper introduces the basic concept, research background and significance of this system, the development situation at home and abroad and this system application in the export trade.On the basis of researching and clarifying present business process, the demand analysis aiming at product supply chain is reached to provide reliable evidence for the design of this system and the concrete function of this system is formed. After the demand of this system, designing aim and principles of this system are established, the system structure, function structure and data base are designed, and hardware environment set up and system safety strategies are introduced.Finished general design of this system, there is a test to examine whether it could satisfy business and design requirement, in the paper, test strategy is to combine white-boxtesting and black-boxtesting in function test to guarantee the system operating fluently.When the test is completed, according to the result of test, reasonable implementationmethod are adopted to make concrete plan.
