Currently, the community street management automation mode initial success, the street level to the actual, operation and suitable for streets, comprehensive and effective resource management community committees have not been formed. Many streets are inseparable from the work record. And the way these records are often at a fixed manner, so there is a lot of duplication in the work, this would no doubt bring waste in efficiency. In summary, the need to meet the integrated management of requirements of the development platform to convey information or communication, teamwork can achieve office, supporting document management, and automation equipment to aid agencies working environment for resource reconfiguration. The use of its network to support the underlying platform to build a computer, thus providing convenient to office staff office services. According to field service invocation, the business process the proportion of all business office is particularly critical, so in this system, the actual work focused on the business process, the nature of the work performed by the module division process, the processes related to the intelligent simplified repeated treatment. While optimizing the recording mode and provides a final report summarizes the function, the maximum extent possible the integration of resources, so that to improve office efficiency and labor productivity liberated from the true sense, so that the grassroots people have more time to do more valuable things. The main contents include:Firstly, the dissertation analyzed the business requirements of system by interaction with manager and staffs. and realized the overall structure, functional requirements, non functional requirements, after that, this dissertation analyzed the business requirements of every functional module by UML’s use case diagram.Secondly, this dissertation designed the overall system and finished the design of system according to the business requirements of system, including design of the background database, design of the foreground interface, design of function modules, design of network structure. Thirdly, doing the system implementing and testing, firstly, doing the system implementing work with each functional module (including interface and core algorithm and use of ASP.NET and SQL Server2005technology), after that, doing the system functional module testing work, including functional testing and performance testing.
