By the application ofdistributed database technology, the system will change the traditional centralized datastorage and allow various departments controlling their own data which bases onensuring the various departments in the remote data synchronization update and dataquery statistics on a consistent, and will make the system more suitable for thegeographical distribution of the company. Particularly in data processing, it ensures thedata integrity and consistency in a distributed environment through the application ofsnapshot replication technology and trigger functions.With the completing of the Integrated office management system based on thedistributed database, the integration of routine can be achieved in the companyheadquarters and all branches. On system application, the system allows theimplementation of local control which means the commonly used data is stored in thelocal and the data entry, inquiry and maintenance also work in the local.
