The Application And Research Of PDMS Re-development For Ocean Engineering Industry

The national outstanding ocean engineering companies pay more attention to the ocean engineering market research, especially make deep research to the company development environment and the needing trend change. the rise of many good ocean engineering companies may intensify the industry competition, With the rising competition pressure, company needs to improve the comprehensive ability, every detail’s optimization will benefit the company. This paper is based on the PDMS3D modeling software of ocean engineering, through analysis the actual need and work procedure, combining with the ocean engineering character to design a PDMS re-development software applied in our national ocean engineering industry.Firstly, this paper talking about the3D software, its development state and indicates PDMS is the popularly used in this ocean engineering industry, analyzes the important function of PDMS. Meanwhile, this paper makes explanation to the development of our national ocean engineering industry, the key point is to indicate the important effect of integration to ocean engineering development, this indicates the importance of PDMS re-development again, so this leads to the research of re-development applied in ocean engineering integration.Based on the need analysis, make the systematical plan for the PDMS re-development. Make sure the general plan of PDMS re-development through four steps of locking at system aim, general feasibility analysis, making sure the general developing program and general developing planning. In order to make the re-development work more specific detailed, we invite the senior engineer in every field of ocean engineering to consult and communicate. In Accordance with the working need and suggestion and the functional character of PDMS re-development, making systematical analysis of the typical problems. After finishing the six steps of system analysis, getting the detailed goal, alternative and program evaluation results of the PDMS re-development, and eventually making sure three detailed goal modules and program.Based on the introduction of PML program words, program the three PDMS individual modules(support building management module, support adjusting management module, support drawing outputting management module) which is chosen to make the re-development, meanwhile, it displays the working procedure and typical codes of these modules. And then, through visualization and other relevant technology, improving the procedure interface setting for this software’s function menu, button, factor input and so on. and these re-development results make some man-machine talking effects. After finishing the PDMS re-development procedure, test and improve it in our project, through the communicating with other senior engineer for the drawing output procedure, it makes good effect.In a word, this theme not only makes big economic benefit for the ocean engineering industry, saves the design time, man hour and economic cost, but also improve the competition ability of the company, pushes the big development of ocean engineering, start a new chapter from basic tool to software re-development.
