In the information era, IT technology has deepened into to enterprises systematic and the strategic level and it is becoming an important way to enhance the quality of core competitive power in the industry. Today, Web 2.0 has grown from a simple conceptual model gradually into the enterprise, forming a huge impact and influence on the business. How should companies deal with Enterprise 2.0 era? In what areas should they be getting well prepared?IT adoption factors have three aspects: technology, organization and environment. Technology and environment as relatively objective factors are beyond the control of enterprise managers. But organizational dimension is highly likely to have decisive influence on the entire IT adoption process, even on the success or failure. IT applications are well accepted in some companies while met with obstacles in others. What factors or characteristics of organization can help or facilitate users to accept or reject the technology? How organization improves itself to overcome the obstacles encountered in the IT adoption process? How much percentage of organizational attitudes and behavior bring influence on the user's adoption? Will the force command become a counter on the staff? How enterprises themselves trade off?This paper based on the classic IT/IS adoption TAM model, introduces organizational factors'direct impact on individual perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and individual attitude, and then indirectly affects the individual user behavior. Specifically, the organizational factors include organizational attitude, organizational communication and organizational behavior. Take organization's efforts for the technology adoption as the outer constant, not only has sufficient theoretical basis, but also improves and completes the TAM model. BBS is a network platform that people can post on any topic and reply comments on the post. It not only can satisfy the requirements of the research, but also can play an active role in enhancing communication and emotional development. And it is a good application in internal staff communication while is a relatively wide-used IT application in Enterprise 2.0 era. Enterprise 2.0 taking collaboration as the core is an inevitable trend of enterprise innovation and IT development. BBS as a technology microcosm of Enterprise2.0, research on its adoption in the enterprise can help digging out the innovation potential and have practical and significant meaning.This study has strong value in applying. Conclusions will help companies in realizing the conduct disorder from the organizational level in IT adoption process, avoid bad behavior and setup a good specification, will help organization improve attitude, communication and behavior efforts in the IT investment, implementation and operation process to reduce risk from the organization aspect, in order to quickly establish enterprise development goals, improve the information system success rate, enhance the IT level of Chinese enterprises and contribute to national industrialization and development strategy.
