The school computer room is a window for all students, not only take the school almost all computer courses, examination, various grades of examination work and related teaching, and students use their spare time on work, heavy places to access all kinds of information, but also reflects a school information modernization level. Therefore, scientific and reasonable, the computer room management, is the important basis for the school teaching and school management work normally, has the extremely significant significance.Along with the rapid increase of the secondary vocational school continues to expand the scale and level of education, students on the rapid increase in demand, room management mode of the original has been far can not meet the need of reality. Therefore, developing a convenient and practical school computer room management system, to facilitate students hands-on learning, improve the management efficiency and management quality, reduce labor intensity of managers and improve school teaching and management quality is not of great significance.This paper first introduces the background of the school computer room management system, to design the content of the overview, and discussed the research significance and importance of project, describes the system development methods and techniques; this paper proposes the design goals of the system, the system has carried out detailed analysis of requirements, including business requirement, function requirements, data requirements and non functional requirements, business process diagram, use case diagram and class diagram gives the system concept, the use case description; in the system design, system design and module design, including the experiment teaching management, open experiment management, equipment management function module, the function structure drawing, module design sequence graph (collaboration diagram) and process flow diagram, expounds in detail the design content, and use the entity class diagram, E-R diagram and database structure of the database design is discussed in detail; at last, the content of the study are summarized, the author’s work, pointed out the shortcomings, and the further work is prospected.
