Recently, the global agriculture digital information is enriched, heterogeneoused and distributed, it can easily make agricultural resources consumption to the data ocean but no useful information, this can’t meet requirements of scientific and technical worker and agricultural resources consumer, therefore, it is necessary to establish an reasonable agriculture science and technology information service platform and make sure it can operate normalized. Linked Data, as the best practice of the Semantic Web, is able to solve the predicament of heterogeneous and resource distributed, design and research on agricultural science and technology information services platform based on Linked Data. Our aims are to achieve agriculture science and technology information disambiguation and semantic association.to locate more abundant and more quality agricultural science and technology information resource, to optimize and integrate heterogeneous and distribute agricultural science and technology information resource efficiently, to provide high quality service for agriculture information consumers.This thesis is on the support of theory and technology of Linked Data, to research the key step of achieving Linked Data in agricultural science and technology information resource. The most important process of publish agricultural science and technology information resource to Linked Data include data prepared, identified, vocabulary establish, RDF establish and publish, RDF link construct, query and browse, updata and maintain.This thesis analyse the aim and principle of platform, on this basis, we construct agricultural science and technology information services platform based on Linked Data. Our model include four layers:foundation supporting layer, resource layer, data integration layer, user application layer. At the same time, we analyse the service process,function and superiority.Besides, this thesis use tool D2R to publish agriculture and biology of open access journals to Linked Data as a case, to verify the feasibility of constructing agricultural science and technology information service platform based on Linked Data and then lay a foundation for the agriculture science and technology information service.
