Water resource as an essential part of human existence, but with the human life level unceasing enhancement, the continuous development,the destruction of the natural water resources problem is more and more serious, increasing environmental pollution. As a shortage of water country, population average only a quarter of the world of level of per capita water resources, about more than half of the urban water shortage is in the nationwide, water resources and the pollution situation is very serious. For water pollution control and prevention in our country has been the urgent work.As an example, in this article He Jiang waters by improving the study of water pollution simulation and forecast for He Jiang surface water pollution prevention and to offer help. In order to establish the surface water pollution simulation system of He Jiang, the surface water pollution simulation system of He Jiang is designed and completed, to visualize the results of the simulation the surface of He Jiang water pollution situation, provide space for He Jiang surface water pollution of defensive work of auxiliary technical support. This article mainly has carried on the several aspects:In this paper regards water pollution of he Jiang as the research object, the royal river water pollution simulating system is designed and implemented features of the system. In the process of research,it due to a whole map contain a larger amount of data, in the process of acquisition channel data lead to the development requirements higher, so this paper deals with the map to tiles, a map divided into multiple small map are studied, in order to reduce the requirement of the development. Through the research on each of the small map, respectively, to realize the study of the whole map.In the implementation of water pollution simulation prediction system, water quality model of spatial discretization is a key technology of simulation system. This paper mainly studies the two-dimensional grid of rivers, through to the channel center line extraction, based on channel center line grid of rivers. And in the process of river centerline extraction in this paper, the channel center line extraction algorithm is improved, the improved algorithm can not only realize to river island without bifurcation and center line extraction, and can realize the phenomenon of branching and extraction in the midline in the area of the center island in the river. The improved algorithm not only consider the change of river regime, as well as considering the boundary rivers and fitting, two-dimensional grid has generated more close to the actual channel. Reservoir model and river model is different, so in view of the reservoir spatial discretization in the study of individual.In order to build He Jiang surface water pollution simulation system, the papers on the interface of simulation system,function,system database design,and expounds the concrete measures for the implementation of simulation system for He Jiang surface water pollution to do a good job of the foundation.Using Visual Studio2010build interface of the system and functions of the system, using SQL Server manage the database, the integration between the two needed to develop He Jiang surface water pollution is to simulate the initial system, water pollution is implemented simulation visualization, in order to perfect the simulation system of He Jiang,to offer help for He Jiang surface water pollution prevention and control work.
