With the development of computer technology and information technology,3Dsimulationsystems in urban planning, urban management and urban decisionsupport has beenmore widely used, In this paper, the3D digitalcity construction, urban three-dimensional model data standards and data structures foranalysis combined with3D digital city construction and application of theactual city of three-dimensional model data standards development and applicationof exploration.Firstly, the study of the urban three-dimensional simulation of the analysis described the characteristics of the urban surface and underground spatial data and its datastructures; Second, the structure of the system design, including the point of systemfunctions, hardware and software system and urban data model, This paper discussesthe several commonly used spatial data visualization model, and then discusses theurban surface features f the spatial data structure, and surface features of the city in thisarticle taken by the model are discussed.
