This article is based on route of south-to-north water transfer project, nationalscience and technology major projects the water joint regulation and emergencydisposal key technology research and demonstration run corpus of six missionrequirements for the standard of applied research papers, and on the basis of theresearch to develop the middle water data integration and integrated display system,the system sets MapwinGIS, Microsoft. Net framework components and SQL server2000the advantages of a relational databaseThere are two algorithms studied in this paper, one is a hierarchical b-splineinterpolation algorithm, the other is the contour tracking algorithm based on triangularmesh, and on the existing achievements at home and abroad, to improve theinnovation, the two algorithms is applied to the center line of the water dataintegration and integrated display system, the two technologies in this system solvedthe difficulties: sparse water data fitting and multi-dimensional heterogeneous waterlake reservoir area data of2d rendering graphics display.Quality data simulation show has always been an important topic in the researchof water joint scheduling. In this paper implements a series of water data simulationdisplay technology. Including process lines show dynamic fusion display, exhibition,rectangular grid partition statistics show, speed flow field dynamic display and so on.Diversified methods, all-round display the change of water quality, for lake reservoirwater quality monitoring and prediction, water pollution emergency response hascertain positive meaning.The system consists of three parts, plan management, processing and displaymodel. Plan of management including add, delete, modify, query functions. Model todeal with the configuration of the model, main is to configure EFDC modelcalculation of the input parameters, boundary conditions and monitoring management,this module USES the task submission process form to complete the entireconfiguration process, complete finally submitted to the model calculation moduleconfiguration. Model show is calculated by the model data displayed in diverse ways.
