With the rapid development of software development technology and Internet technology,financial institutions basic information verifying system can meet verifying needs of a large number of legal institutions and unincorporated institutions’ information in China’s financial information centre currently which will help China Banking Regulatory Commission or the Banking Bureau to manage much basic information of financial institutions accurately and timely, offering great convenience to supervisory officers to manage the work.Firstly, the paper discusses the background and current situation of domestic and foreign researches about financial institutions basic information verifying system and gets the necessity and aim of developing this system. Then the functional requirements analysis and non-functional requirements analysis are carried out. Combining with the current situation and actual demand, the system uses use-case diagram to illustrate the functional requirements of the system. With the help of UML modeling techniques, Ssequence diagram and class diagram, each system module is specially designed.Then the three-tier MVC pattern and SQL Server2008database are applied in the whole system which greatly improve the speed accessing to system data, enhancing the security and making it stable and reliable.The system ultimately realizes financial institutions basic information verifying function.Detailed information of legal person institutions, system information of legal person institutions, shareholder information of legal person institutions, top management information of legal person institutions,self-service banking information of legal person institutions, foreign banks information of legal person institutions, foreign investment information of legal person institutions are realized.The detailed information, system information, self-service banking information and top management information are included as well.Besides, we made our best to guarantee the security of the system based on the perfect function. The implementation of the system will greatly improve work efficiency of supervising officer of financial institutions basic information verifying, which provides great convenience to the supervision of the CBRC and the Banking Bureau.
