With the rapid improvement of IT technology, traditional securities trading method can’t meet the investment needs of investors and the management needs of brokers. To flatten of the management of financial business, financial information systems based on network is popular now. The centralized IT infrastructure construction building is the current trend. But it also brings negative impact on security. Stolen and Sell securities accident also appeared in our country such as YinGuangxia. Therefore, the establishment of a safe, reliable, efficient securities information system has become an inevitable choice for financial institutions.Based on the analysis and research of financial institution’s existing issues, according to the rule of related department and the safety standards, a total security solution is given in this paper. After selecting and integrating suitable products and technology, a complete set of information and network security system implementation is designed. Sophisticated technology and management method are used to security sub systems’module implementation.The basic financial system is an info platform based on Internet, Intranet and B/S multilevel architecture. Since there is many function levels and its logical module architecture is complex, the total solution is an integrated one. This paper is composed with the security system design and security management. The design includes security system architecture, network security design, security system platform selection, and selection of safety products. After using, system proved to have good protect effect. The result of testing by third part proved the correctness of design.
