The Design And Implementation Of The Anti-counterfeiting System For Dongying City Pledges Inspect Bureau

Progress and development of society is accompanied by increasingly complex management work of law enforcement inspection, and the traditional manual management methods obviously can not meet the needs of today’s society and the management work of the inspection of law enforcement for Dongying Bureau of Quality Supervision. In order to improve work efficiency of administrative staff and related staff in the entire department, a more efficient and accurate management system is needed to replace the traditional manual management. For better maintaining the market order and protecting the interests of consumers and ensuring fair and impartial and transparent law enforcement process, Dongying Bureau of Quality Supervision decided to build a law enforcement and anti-fraud system to improve management efficiency.With in-depth investigating the need of the law enforcement and anti-fraud system for Dongying Bureau of Quality Supervision, this paper divides the system into six modules, including enterprise information management, law enforcement inspection management, case information management, report management, and information analysis and code-base maintenance, and makes detailed use case description for these six modules by using UML use case diagrams. The design process of the system is based on mature and stable framework Struts framework and ibatis basic technology as the system architecture. According to business requirements and logical models, dividing the entire software project into four layers, from the bottom to top, they are data persistence layer, logic layer, application layer and user layer, the database used Sqlserver2008, using class diagram and timing diagram describe what kinds of classes forming the system in the detailed design stage, how classes to work together, then designing the database, and finally describing the implementation process of the system through implementation diafram and code activity diagram, and describing the testing process of the system through the use case testing table. The law enforcement and anti-fraud system for Dongying Bureau of Quality Supervision provides a complete enterprise information management to implement the law enforcement inspection management, case information management of law enforcement and anti-fraud, and implement functions of report management of case information and law enforcement, information analysis and code-base maintenance, etc., which supporting querying, adding, modifying, and deleting business information, law enforcement inspection and case information, etc., and providing bulk data reporting or approval, exporting reported data and importing subordinate units data, etc.. The system is designed by taking full account of the data security, and set administrator privileges management of sensitive data and information, greatly improving the safety and reliability of the system.The law enforcement and anti-fraud system for Dongying Bureau of Quality Supervision has been successfully runed through testing, improving the work efficiency of administrators and accuracy of management business actions of Dongying Bureau of Quality Supervision in the operation of system. The system simplifies the operation process and saves operating time, accelerates the information construction process of Dongying Bureau of Quality Supervision, helps Dongying Bureau of Quality Supervision to make law enforcement inspection management work to a new level.
