With the rapid development of modern electronic information industry, now isnot only in the telecommunications industry, is in some large and medium-sizedenterprises, in order to production information and the efficiency of the demand,digital program-controlled exchange system have for the internal used, we can say,program-controlled switches has been hitherto unknown popularization in china. Therailway industry is no exception, with the railway informatization degree unceasingenhancement, program-controlled switches based communication equipment used inthe railway communication business.However, the telephone number management of program-controlled switches iscomplex, and the different use of the environment to the maintenance andmanagement of the demand also each are not identical. According to thecharacteristics of railway communication which decentralized maintenance andcentralized management, to Huawei program-controlled switches as the foundation,design and development of telephone number automatic management system,management and maintenance of data efficient telephone number and itscharacteristics, this is to improve communication quality and work efficiency of therailway communication plays an important role, is of great practical significance toensure the safety of and the efficiency of train operation.Telephone number automatic management system is based on the modulardesign, easy to debug and update, interface data when replacing the SPC modelmodified only and the corresponding inner port data can, without changes to the datain large scale, convenient system updating and upgrading. At the same time, thetelephone number automatic management software and hardware system requirementsare low, now on the market in general computer sale to fully capable, system error testfunction is strong, can the accuracy and completeness of the assurance of effective data, and high reliability, can effectively improve the program-controlled switchboardnumber resource maintenance efficiency with good application prospect.This paper mainly introduces the design and implementation of telephonenumber automatic management system process, based on the analysis of theadvantages and disadvantages of Client/Server and Browser/Server on the two models,combined with the characteristics of the actual work system based on C/S architecturemodel, this architecture has fast response speed, high performance and cost advantage.In the process of implementing the system, choose Windows2000+SQL Server2000as the operating system platform, and uses Delphi7.0software as a systemdevelopment tool, this combination makes the development of the system has goodscalability and adaptability. At the same time, the paper studied the key technologiesto realize the system, including system structure design, database design and access,other functional modules.Through the practical application effect demonstrate that the telephone numberautomatic management system can improve the railway communication business inthe digital program-controlled exchange system, and get a good effect in theapplication of railway communication actual maintenance work to meet the actualdemand of telephone maintenance work.
