With the development of computer network technology, as the country of the"three rural " issue of growing importance of information technology new ruralconstruction, as an important means to accelerate rural modernization, China’sinformation technology is increasingly becoming a cause of the sudden emergence ofimportant force. In recent years, the number of Internet users in China is the rapidgrowth in rural areas, rural areas can be called " strategic space for the developmentof China’s information technology." But now China’s rural information technology isrelatively backward, the farmers are still not high quality, accept the informationchannel is still limited. In this paper, the problem for this situation, more and fasteraccess to agricultural information from farmers, the latest technology information tostart to build a three agricultural information system.The system uses B/S structure, using as the waterfall model of softwareengineering development model, using PHP programming language as a dynamicWeb site design tools, open source MySQL as the database system.The main contents are as follows:Firstly, according to the current requirements of rural informatization strategy,this paper analyzes the importance of the current agriculture information in theinformation process in China, combined with the needs of rural peasant agriculturewas discussed, elaborated on the development of agriculture information theimportance of the system, and made a preliminary idea of agriculture informationsystem.This paper introduces the B/S architecture, and describes the PHPprogramming language features as website development, also describes the technicalfeatures of MySQL database. On the basis of studying the development of technology,build a good development environment for the realization of the system to prepare. In the analysis phase, the paper agriculture information systems requirementsanalysis, feasibility analysis and divided into needs analysis, requirements analysiswhich is divided into functional requirements and non-functional requirements. Themain function of the functional requirements for information systems need to achievethe target of agriculture elaborate, non-functional requirements are mainly describedthe system performance requirements.In the system design phase, we use object-oriented analysis method, the variousmodules of the system design, including overall system architecture, functionality,and the input and output of each module entry and flow chart of each module isgiven.Finally, the system design has been demonstrated to achieve the functions andrelated tests, and achieved good results.
