In the Controller layer, we mainly design some Controller, and we use some technical frameworks of Struts and Spring in this layer, and finally the Model layer processes businesses, including the processing of some Action. Hibernate techniques are used to realize data exchanging between the system and database, which is designed by Mysql.System has implemented the electricity management, preventing electricity-stolen, power quality monitoring, monitoring, quality supervision and safety analysis. Each module is responsible for performing their respective functions. Electricity management implements the power purchase data management, customer information maintenance, manual message fee, preventing electricity-stolen analysis to realize the abnormal analysis, measurement circuit of an abnormal analysis, line loss analysis, customer power analysis and phase Angle vector diagram analysis. Power quality analysis achieves the power factor analysis, voltage qualified rate analysis, power quality monitoring, monitoring harmonics, voltage, current and load monitoring. Monitoring can implement the changeable rate statistics and comprehensive analysis of the distribution of load.
