SaaS service model of cloud computing as an IT service delivery and business strategy has been accept by organization. SaaS shared resources service to increase the capacity and availability of resources through IT,not only improve the supply of real-time configuration software, databases, applications and infrastructure, but also the rising cost of IT management solutions. The result of Forrester Research on global cloud markets scale trend reveals that the service-orientd, configurable, manageable and modlization features of SaaS enalbe all kinds of enterprises adopt SaaS via various channels. It is expected that the import of SaaS service will become one of the major projects of the company’s future information investment.At present, China SME SaaS cloud computing services have a certain understanding, but from the use of state perspective, companies are using SaaS services are not many, and the existing research on the SaaS service is not very mature, so the adoption of SaaS services research is necessary.through the study of factors affecting adoption can understand the real needs of customers, indicating the future direction of SaaS services. This article by using of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) combined with the decision-making laboratory analysis (DEMATEL), analyzing and measuring cloud adoption factors, using SPSS statistical software analysis to analyze resulting data, and testing assumptions influencing factors at last. Research indicates that significantly affect the willingness to adopt SaaS services for SMEs include: perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived benefits, perceived security risks, perceived IT governance perceived environmental uncertainty.It is the perceived security risks that wishes to SaaS adoption the most significant impact. Finally, based on the analysis results of the model, from many angles recommendations for SaaS development, thus improving the relevant knowledge.
