In this "information explosion" exhibition environment, how people rapid, accurate, and convenient access to information in the vast ocean of information, direct and efficient delivery, record the information, and seamless information and information between butt has become a key issue to create a good experience for the exhibition business services. The system is portable, integration, sharing and interaction of the four characteristics, which strives to meet the information extracted convenient, efficient and complete information on the use of a good experience, information transfer information content.In this paper, based on the theory of interaction design research for the exhibition business support system, the study includes four major research areas:First, the literature search and data access, business exhibition services and the current status of the show the way to convey information to analyze new technologies under study, summarized the current problems exist in the exhibition business services; Second, the user observation and user interviews to understand the user’s actual use of the real needs and exhibition-related information tools; Third, according to the needs of users of the system to build a functional definition and information architecture to determine the scope of the basic functions of the system, analyze the information architecture organization systems, navigation systems, labeling systems and search system; User fourth draw system flow chart and conducting interface prototype designed to establish the system workflow, using logic, interface definitions for each interaction, and ultimately draw high-fidelity prototype map.
