Research On Testing Technology Of High Pixel CMOS Camera Module

With the rapid development of the global smartphone industry, ownership of mobile phones is growing. And people in addition to pursuit mobile phone software, the requirement to the photographic camera are also constantly improve, mobile phone camera module pixel quality also caught the attention of the customer and manufacturer. In the early1960, CCD (Charge coupled Device) and CMOS (Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor) image sensor was born, in recent years because of the CMOS (Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor) manufacturing technology breakthroughs in the development, the advantages of it’s low power consumption is very suitable to be used to make mobile phone camera sensor.In this paper, on the basis of the existing technology platform, comprehensive basic knowledge of optical theory, digital signal processing such as gray analysis and spectrum analysis method, to a company produces a variety of different types of CMOS cell phone camera module quality assessment methods are studied, for camera module provides scientific theoretical basis for quality evaluation. The main research content is as follows:Firstly, to complete the high pixel camera module in the assembly after the completion of the studies of automatic focus, through the use of image definition evaluation function method for signal processing, the different focal length when the camera module, image quality, according to the image clarity evaluation function calculation we can find the focus and focus.Secondly, studied the optical system imaging quality of the main evaluation based on MTF (Modulation Transfer Function), as ISO12233standard drawings as image acquisition targets, according to different computing MTF (Modulation Transfer Function) algorithm and the different object detection, and compared the advantages and disadvantages of various computing MTF value algorithm, a hybrid algorithm is proposed to calculate the MTF values.Finally, this article through the formula derivation and Matlab simulation analysis, the hybrid algorithm calculation the MTF values of high pixel CMOS camera module test play the role of a good theoretical basis.
