The Study Of CMOS Camera Module Automatic Testing System

This paper mainly taked CMOS camera module of mobile phone as an example. This article first introduced the composition and principle of CCM and the test content of CCM automatic testing system. From two aspects of the system, which the depth of field CCM automatic testing and color fidelity ability testing, analyzed the measuring principle and hardware solutions. Then the key technologies of CCM automatic testing system are studied, They were the virtual reality technology, digital image quality evaluation technology and color recognition technology. Their principle and method were proved validated by the engineering software. Finally based on systematic overall design requirements, the specific design scheme of optical system and electrical control system part is given. Design schemes structure was miniaturization, measurement process were automation.The system had digital calibration to testing object and real-time of measurement.
