Although QQ、MSN and other communication softwareare able to meet the daily needs of the office, but they must be linkedto the Internet to use.In order to improve employee productivity, preventemployees during working hours use the Internet to do other works,so onlyuse the LAN communications software, although there is a lot of the LANcommunications,for example,IP Messenger,fly autumn that have alreadydeveloped oftware, but such common open-source software will be a lot ofpeople to study it in order to reap huge profits loopholes, between thedaily work of the bureau of confidentiality, can not use this kind ofsoftware, so the only independently developed a routine to meet the needsof the bureau suitable software.To improve the efficiency of workers, but also to protect the bureau’s daily work undisturbed.This article is to develop an internal instant messaging system fordaily use. In the system development process in strict compliance withthe software development process,the gradual completion of thecommunication system of the system requirements analysis, system design,system implementation and the system was necessary functional tests. Whenthe system is developed using the Eclipse4.3.1development platform,and use the database JavaDB databases in the background to provide supportfor databases. Accomplished through the development of functionalcommunication systems tested, the system functions to achieve the goalsin the first set and completed all functional requirements analysisinvolved. The system is in the experimental stage, so far running ingood condition.
