The front interface of the system is used by the ExtJS. The programming language is Java. JSP (Java Server Pages) technology, which is issued by Sun Microsystems, Inc., and many companies, is a dynamic web technology standard. Web application developed using JSP is a cross-platform one, both running under Linux and other operating systems. The application of the system is based on Windows XP. The system uses MySQL to establish database.The design and implementation of this system may improve work efficiency and reduce the cost of manual labor, achieve the performance appraisal and task allocation of employee, so make the businesses benefits be maximized.
