ERP system is the perfect enterprise management system. It managed enterprises in various departments such as Manufacturing sector, selling sector, purchasing sector. To the ERP system of Oracle, it has excellent function on the management of selling and manufacturing and it can also manage the human resources including employee's information, pay, information of recruitment and so on. But it's'all round function'caused some defects in some module such as the attendance module. Because of the complexity of operation, single function and the difference of every corporation, it can't meet the need of the companies. Therefore many corporations will choose some independent attendance software with full function, low price and personalization. But the attendance module is also a part of the enterprise management, it has close tie with other modules. Delivery data between two systems which is not inevitable will not only cause the problems of Synchronization, but also affect the efficient of the system.This paper mainly studies the attendance system based on the ERP system which can meet the needs of enterprise. After needs analysis and function design, I design the architecture of attendance system. Meanwhile clear the source of the key data. To solve the problem of the bulk transmission of the attendance data, the system use interface to judge the data and choose the effective data to transfer into the ERP system. Except that, the paper also describes the management of employee's information, work schedules and holiday calendar. And then in order to solve the key problem of data match in this system, a new algorithm—throwing shadow match algorithm was proposed and implemented for simulation test. Finally design three important reports(rotation schedule, results of clocking and summary of attendance results) with the data of matching to show the results. In the end, all the method and the algorithm were implemented on the project of Panasonic, after that, we summarized the conclusions and found some shortages in this method. Meanwhile gave a new outlook for the future project and system improvement.
