Along with our country entered the stage of development of modern industrialization,both in mechanical processing, automobile manufacturing, heavy industry fields such asmetallurgy, or textile, electronics, chemical industry and other fields of light industry, axialparts without all the time, whether in the equipment, tools, materials or products play acrucial role. At the same time also to the quality of the shaft parts accuracy requirement isconstantly improving, also put forward higher request to the precision of detection.For a long time, the domestic universal measurement precision of the axial accuracy is nothigh and the low efficiency of measurement. It’s need to develop a broad adaptability, highdegree of intelligence of fully automatic, high precision detection system. So this topicresearch as a general technology, has very important practical significance and socialeconomic value.To this end, this paper proposes and implements a new type of automatichigh-precision shaft parts size error measuring system. This topic research content issummarized as the following:(1) put forward in this subject, the subject of the development environment, developmenttrend and social significance to do the relevant research. To be a breakthrough in thefield of topic is, subject must implement two key difficulties: full automatic and highprecision. On the two key technologies of precision error analysis, this article first hascarried on the system automation technology (sample design related problems, such asa large number of theoretical work.(2) after the theory research subject stepped into the stage of implementation. First of all tothe overall scheme design is illustrated, from three aspects of mechanical, electrical,software project implementation will be completed. After use are analyzed in detail thedesign portion of this topic, the content includes the measuring principle and sensorsystem; Mechanical structure design; Electrical system design and main parts areoptional; PLC controller automatic data collection and processing related hardware, program design and the software application, etc.; Computer automatic data collectionand record the result of the data; The application of the man-machine operationterminal; The application of simulation software.(3) after the completion of the measurement system into practice verification anddebugging. After the completion of the subject device respectively implemented astandard measurement verification and the analysis of the actual measurement.Test results show that as follows:(1) standard test, the measured standard axial parts of each measuring point method, theresults of the (2um) meet precision requirement, and does not appear in the bulky errormeasurement results, compared with the similar tools or equipment, can meet highprecision measure the design requirements.(2) the actual product testing, the system of the continuous batch jobs not only show theefficiency brought by the fully automated and intelligent, and can automatically form agroup of key measurement data and computer analysis, provides very useful measurefor the enterprise production, conform to the trend of industrial automation devices.Currently the device has limited application in high precision printer key parts of thetesting process, automatic, high precision of key specialty sure to super automation in theactual production operation efficiency and high precision detection ability. And can bemeasured more complex material, surface coating, transparent body, and so on. Theapplication prospect is very broad.
