Radiation exposure can cause considerable influence to human and animals,it also could lead to nuclear chromosome mutation.Gene mutation even can pass on to the next generation, so the irradiation damage detection is particularly important. Presently, commercial flow cytometry, confocal microscope and other large-scale testing equipment are commonly used,but they are expensive,complicated to operate, time-consuming consumables and other shortcomings.This research developed a portable irradiation damage based on microfluidic chip, it mainly includes the following subsystems:main control system, the subsystems of microfluidic chip, chip cell control subsystem, photoelectric detection subsystem, signal collection,processing and transmission subsystem. The hardware of signal collection,processing and transmission subsystem is mainly composed of ARM development board and the AD7707and the software part is mainly completed under Linux Qt.It mainly included signal acquisition and storage, signal processing and display, data analysis and data transmission. Specific as follows:(1) The signal acquisition and storage. It can acquisite two parts of signals through external AD chip and store data in the ARM development board.(2) Signal processing and display. Software for signal filtering, smoothing and threshold processing and processing signal real-time display to the screen after the simulation process of real-time acquisition, and can calculate current signal pulse number of two road in real time, at the same time, calculate the current irradiation amplitude and irradiation concentrations.(3) Data analysis. After acquisition it can take two saved signals from the development and show the scatter and column diagram after analyzing the two signals.(4) Data transmission. After acquisition the files can be sent to server through the TCP/IP transport protocol in wired or wireless way for permanent recording and data playback.
