This paper describes a photoelectric stabilized sighting system reliability and stability measuring device calibrated measuring device design and the overall system structure, highlighted by the high frame rate CCD for image acquisition and implementation of software algorithms and design. This method can accurately measure the optical stabilized sighting system stability, and can realize the stability of the precise calibration of measuring devices to improve the detection efficiency.The system will test a plane mirror fixed to the optical system and to the measured stabilized sighting optical observation system is in steady state vibration, strength and stability measured by the laser beam, the spatial filtering and the collimator mirror is irradiated on the plane, CCD the camera will image the reflected light beam on the target surface of the spot image sequence is transmitted to the image recording and processing system, image recording and processing system for processing a series of spot image sequence obtained after spot centroid coordinate sequence, stability, and stability of a sequence of values standard deviation value sequence, thereby completing the measurement of the stability and calibration.This paper introduces in detail the measurement and calibration device overall design concept, the design of the various parts of the system and its realization, describes the specific test methods.
