The study starts with the research on the principle of interoperability of Space operating system, elaborates the process of implementing interoperability of software MCGS on the Space operating system. The research on this topic has a great value for further improvement and development of Space OS interoperability mechanisms, digging the availability and scalability of Space OS. Due to the widely use of MCGS in the industrial field the research lays the foundation for universal use of Space operating system in the industrial field and provides a wider prospect in application of Space operating system.This discussion revolves around the interoperability for SIMATIC MCGS practice undertaken, including the content of the following sections:First, do an overview of Space operating system, and further analyze in specifics, including the principle of interoperability implementation and good and bad of interoperability implementation compared with other projects aiming to achieve interoperability. Make a brief introduction of MCGS software, and build a simple but functional project via the software to have an intimate knowledge of usage method of MCGS, and features the software brings.Second, discuss the methods and techniques used when analysis and debug applications in the interoperability environment on Space OS, including two built-in debugging tools of spacews and spacewsdb, and also some other Windows debugging tools which could run well on Space. With the help of these tools the development of interoperability of software and perfect for interoperability mechanisms on Space become more convenient and effective.Third, introduce preparatory work carried out to interoperate on the Space. Firstly, present the test scheme adopted by MCGS interoperability, which use the software to create a test sample projects. All software features are made a full range of tests on one hand, and on other hand it could be used as criteria for evaluation of the results of interoperability. While the source code of saved data browse component of MCGS software is analyzed, to show the principle of getting data, displaying data. And the principle of MCGS components with similar function while source closed could be known by that, as the foundation when analyzing issues related to these closed-source components.Fourth, elaborate the process actually carried on MCGS interoperability research on Space OS. With different types of software runtime errors and exceptions in this process, there occurs the need to make a good use of debugging tools and to analysis the logs output by debugging tools to find out the reason of problem and make appropriate solutions. On the other hand check the situation of installing and running the program on Windows platform is also needed to make a comparison.Fifth, summary the achievement of study, and validated the interoperability and usability of Space operating system.
