It is the focus of the college informationization construction that includes teaching, scientific research, management and community informationization. Teaching informatization on supporting the teaching process is the important research object of education technology. Compared with management informationization, the construction of teaching informationization in various colleges is relatively late; the situation of operating isolate is serious. In many universities, management systems including teaching system, student system, enrollment system, educational administration system and alumni system, etc., are independent regimes, and the interactive methods are relatively backward. Even if established a relationship between the systems, in most cases, the relationships are pairwise relationships. This cobwebs interface makes the difficulty of manegement of interaction information has increased dramatically. Therefore, how to bring teaching system, management system and scientific research system, etc. into the overall development of campus informationization is an urgent need to solve the problem in current teaching informationization. The purpose of establishing university information interoperability platform is integrating teaching system, management system, research system and community informationization system together through the way of data bus, then forming an overall campus informationization environment.Information interoperability platform uses the distributed systems technology to maximize take advantage of existing information system, database and other information resources and to protect existing investment. Through researching the key technology of distributed system, the thesis uses the message bus technology and designs a scheme to solve the communication problem between the distributional systems using the message bus. Using the Apache ActiveMQ technology based on JMS standards, the thesis realizes the message bus and solves the problem of asynchronous communication. The thesis designs the sharing model and exchange model of data, solves the problems such as the data heterogeneity. Using the XML technology, the thesis designs the message and the object, and then solves the problem such as data carrier. Then, the thesis designs the agency of the application and solves the problems of message analyzing and message sending. Using the J2EE technology architecture, the thesis designs the information integration server to manage the whole platform. Then, the thesis designs a series of safety design to protect the sharing of data security, such as server hangs disaster avoidance, identity authentication, authority control and selective message blocking, and composes the security structure of interoperability platform, then guarantee the robustness of platform and the security of sharing data.In order to validate the core functionality of the information interoperability platform, the thesis designs two virtual sector information systems, simulates two experiments to test Publish/Subscribe model and Request/Response model.Information interoperability platform is the core platform of the university informatization construction. The research of this paper to solve the current college information island phenomenon has certain theoretical and practical significance.
